Our responsibility is to help you meet the federal and state governmental regulations through accurate filing of returns and assistance with the IRS and governmental audits, correspondence and the resolution of problems.

Our Team

Stephen O'Connell, Jr., CPA, President

Stephen C. O’Connell, Jr. was certified by the State of Florida in 1975. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and completed the Accounting Curriculum from Florida State University for his certification. He constantly attends numerous continuing education courses presented by the American Institute of CPAs which have included “Valuation of Businesses and Professional Practices with Revenues under $20 Million,” and “Litigation Support Services.” His professional experience has included the presentation of continuing education courses for the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He was appointed and served three years on the Florida Bar Association Grievance Committee.

Our goal is to continuously keep abreast with changes in the accounting and tax environment by completing the following courses since 2000.
